This company is a total fraud

This company is a total fraud. We bought some tickets to see a comedian in Kansas City on 9/17/2022 and when we went to the event, we were told that the tickets were invalid and that the Improv KC were the only ones who sold the tickets. We paid over $500 for tickets. We also found out they Vivid was charging double for the tickets. It was a very bad experience. We bought six tickets to a show that should have cost us $190, and were scammed out of over $500! This was my birthday weekend, and this experience really brought a downer to the celebration. I tried to chat with a customer service rep, but the message in the chat kept stating The email and order number I entered could not be found. Buyers beware!

Needed to purchase tickets for an MLB…

Needed to purchase tickets for an MLB game for San Diego Padres vs Arizona Diamondbacks for 09-17-22 which the game was the same day of the game and the first pitch was in 3 hours. Since I recently moved, my billing info address was not matching my current address on Vivid’s file nor did I receive a coupon promotion for my birthday. I talked to 2 reps who were able to resolve the issue in less than 30 minutes. The 1st rep, Anthony from Dallas even followed up with me by calling me back and leaving a message on my voicemail while I was on the phone with the 2nd rep. Great customer service!

This company's business model is a…

This company's business model is a fraud. They DO NOT SELL YOU TICKETS. They sell you a promise that a private seller will sell you tickets later, or they will refund your money - which they view as some sort of a favor. The here is how the fraud works - if the ticket prices go up, the seller welches, and Vivid Seat refunds your money - but you can no longer buy the tickets. If ticker prices go down, the seller sells you the tickets. They make it worse by not delivering the tickets until the last minute. Add horrible customer support and you see how it allw orks.

Easy to navigate website plus great phone help!

It took less than two minutes to find the perfect seats. There was a problem with my billing address so I had to call. I was helped immediately (thanks, Rida S.!) and the whole transaction went smoothly. Highly recommended.

I'm worried that I'm not going to receive my tickets it time for the concert.

That is a good concern because I never did and they won't give me my money back either

Will the tickets I purchased be sent to my address?

My experience is... you will be lucky to get tickets or barcodes at all! And when you don't they won't refund your money either they say all sales are final regardless if they furnish you tickets or not

Horrible service. Rip off. Do not use them. There is no refund policy. They wont help you find the tickets until its too late.

Are the ticket legit?

Sorry... I can't answer this question because they never sent me my tickets, so I would not know if they were legitimate or not... I know they won't refund my money, $300.00... They say all sales are final even though they don't provide the tickets... they say it's up to the seller to send or transfer the tickets to you and if they don't they say they'll try to help you get your tickets but they don't guarantee it...

The tickets I just bought have no conformation number on them, and their original price value is way to high. Are these reliable?

Horrible service. Rip off. Do not use them. There is no refund policy. They wont help you find the tickets until its too late.
